Booking any of our services

Terms of Engagement

1. Outstanding balance shall be settled no later than the day prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

2. All booking dates are reserved exclusively upon signature and/or deposit payment.

3. Deposits are non-refundable except where cancellation occurs 9 months or more prior to the event date.

4. Cancellations within 2 months incur 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations within 1 month incur 100% of the agreed fee.

5. Should the event date change, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date subject to artist availability.

6. In the case of force majeure, government restrictions, illness or emergencies beyond reasonable control, deposits will be refunded or transferred where possible.

7. Any material changes to the event format, schedule, guest numbers or production requirements may require a revised quotation.

8. The Service Provider permits private photo and video recordings for personal use by the Client and guests.

9. This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties.
